These terms govern use of the OKAR AutoPilot website. Service delivery terms are defined in a signed contract or statement of work.
Site use
The site provides informational content. We do not warrant that content is complete or error-free. Use the site at your own risk.
Services and contracts
AutoPilot services are governed by a separate agreement. In the event of a conflict, the signed contract or statement of work controls.
AI-assisted outputs
Some deliverables may be AI-assisted and may contain errors. Clients are responsible for validating outputs before operational use.
Human-in-the-loop responsibility
Human review is required before operational decisions, workflow changes, or artifacts are finalized. Clients are responsible for approvals and adherence to internal governance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKAR AutoPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by OKAR AutoPilot. Clients retain ownership of their data and materials they provide. Deliverables ownership is defined in the signed agreement.
Governing terms
Governing law and jurisdiction are defined in the signed contract or statement of work.
